A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of "D," from Seo-gu, Seo-gu C underground level.

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or coerce sexual traffic, or receive or promise money, valuables or other property benefits, and engage in sexual traffic.

Nevertheless, on August 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased the above place at KRW 600,000,000 per month from D; (b) installed a marina room, etc.; (c) employed women E; and (d) directed the above customer by receiving KRW 60,00,00 from male customers who find the above place of business around September 23, 2016, including brokerage fees of KRW 35,500,000, and guiding the above guest in a marina room, leading the above E to engage in a similar sexual intercourse by leading the customer to the sexual intercourse; (c) upon the control of the above place of business, around 15:00, around September 3, 2016, the Defendant continued to employ female sex trafficking F, and (d) sought the above place of business from around 35,500,000 to 60,0000,0000,000 male customers under his name, who received sexual intercourse from 28,01.64.

As a result, the defendant arranged sexual traffic(the act of similarity) for business purposes.
