A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) went into a house with a house care room on August 20, 2020; (b) around 10:30 on August 20, 202, the Defendant: (c) went into a Pyeongtaek-si where the Victim B resides; (d) and (e) committed theft with a single 18K gold Ban equivalent to KRW 700,000,00 in the market price, which was the victim’s possession in the cremation book; and (e) had been opened

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. Around August 26, 2020, around 09:50 on August 26, 2020, the Defendant: (a) entered a house with a view to opening door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door, the market value of the victim, who was in the cremation face door door door door door door door door door, was stolen with a total of KRW 1,350,00,00.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

At around 10:00 on June 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, with two gold bars of five hundred thousands in the market value, which was owned by the victim of the cremation, while having been employed by the J company, during the process of satison disinfection as a staff member of the K company, in the absence of fives in the market value, which was owned by the victim of the cremation; and (b) twos at twos of fives of gold bars in the face of cremation.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
