1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the addition, deletion, or replacement of the corresponding part of the judgment of the first instance as follows. Thus, this is accepted in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Attached Form 1 attached to the judgment of the first instance court shall be cited in attached Form 1 attached to this judgment.

The plaintiff in paragraph 11 of the fourth decision of the first instance shall add "the third party defendant" to "the plaintiff."

"Dismissal" shall be deleted from each "each" in attached Form 18 of the fourth decision of the first instance.

In the last part of paragraph (2) of the judgment of the first instance court, “In addition, according to D’s witness statement submitted by the first instance court with the reason that the witness was absent, D prepared B with respect to F building, and later, D stated that, upon the request of the contractor, the lessee was changed to the Plaintiff at the presence of the Plaintiff, B, etc., and the monthly rent was received in the name of the Plaintiff.”

Part II “2,640,000 won” shall be added to “the monthly rent of July 7, 2016, 4400,000 won” at the fifth bottom of the first instance judgment.

Part 9 of the 6th judgment of the first instance court also adds "D shall prepare a lease contract in direct face with the plaintiff."

Part VII of the judgment of the first instance shall be conducted in seven pages.

The term “B” in this subsection shall be changed to “Defendant”.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
