Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours against the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Ⅰ around 08:45 on May 2, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim at approximately 10 seconds, following the victim D (V, 38 years of age)’s knife-1 of the light-based train 427, which was stopped in Seoul subway C Station around May 22, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in public transportation means which are densely concentrated places by the public.

II. "2018 Highest 5422";

1. On October 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act at a public densely concentrated place) committed an indecent act against the victim for about 10 minutes by closely sticking the lower body part of the Defendant’s lower body to the front line of a high speed terminal in the train train of Seoul subway No. 9, Seoul, 130, which is located in the 130-ro Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, and by unrecognating the name in the front line of the train in the direction of the high speed terminal station; and (b) committing an indecent act against the victim for about 10 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the former vehicle which is a means of public transportation.

2. On December 8, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Observance of Secrecy, etc.) is a person subject to registration of personal information as a person who has been sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months for a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes in Seoul Southern District Court on December 8, 2016.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant moved from “F 3rd floor G in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,” which was reported as the first place of residence on November 20, 2017, and the actual place of residence was changed, the Defendant did not submit the changed information to the head of the Seoul Guro Police Station by December 10, 2017, which was 20 days after that time without justifiable grounds.
