Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall engage in sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment that causes a child to feel sexual humiliation.

In December 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was on board a cab operated by the Defendant and was in the middle of the Yangcheon-gu Seoul 'B Station' of Yangcheon-gu Seoul 'B Station; (b) the victim D (the 12 years of age) before the exit of the Defendant, and (c) "F building" to the victim.

The victim shall be asked as “the victim”.

There was an answer that “ was an answer.”

On December 30, 2019, around 15:00 on December 30, 2019, the Defendant re-entered the victim before the 'B Station of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government' C, to the said taxi, and the Defendant was committing “F building” against the victim while serving as the “F building.”

”, “ 남자는 어떻게 자위하든 ” 이라고 물어 피해자가 모른다고 대답하자 주먹을 쥐고 위아래로 흔드는 등 자 위하는 시늉을 하며 “ 남자들은 거의 손으로 이렇게 하고 여자들은 뭐 끼고 인형 같은 걸로 이렇게 막 해. ”라고 말하고, 계속하여 피해자에게 “ 남자는 야한 동영상을 보면 얼굴이 빨개진다.

As a result, the Defendant committed sexual abuse such as sexual harassment that causes a sense of sexual humiliation to the victim who is a child.
