A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than two months and by imprisonment with prison labor for the remaining crimes, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On April 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on the part of the Seoul Southern District Court, by obstructing business operations, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 21, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Around June 4, 2018, at around 14:35, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol with the victim J(45) and one other at the “I’s restaurant located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; (b) on the ground of the victim’s abnormal speech, the Defendant collected the junice, which is a dangerous object on the table, on the face of the victim, and assaulted the victim by taking the sonnum on the table in compliance with the victim’s face.

2. No one shall have a child engage in any obscene act or intermediate such act, or have a child engage in sexual harassment, etc. that causes a sense of sexual shame, against a child, in violation of the Child Uniforms Act (such as coercion, intermediary, sexual harassment, etc. against a child);

around 16:00 on June 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim L (n, 11 years of age) and M (n, 11 years of age) in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul K Park Baz; (b) “Is If you do”; and (c) accessed the Defendant’s sexual organ, thereby referring to the Defendant’s sexual organ.

“The victims of sexual harassment, etc., which made a sense of sexual humiliation, were asked as “The victims of sexual harassment,” and committed sexual abuse.

3. Obstruction of business;
