A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of exchanging tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

Nevertheless, the Defendant installed two computers at the mutual influent room in the old Si-si B, and had mind to gain profits by exchanging the game money of the “Korea-style Game,” which is the Internet game site, by purchasing from users or selling it to users.

From February 8, 2012 to August 16, 2012, when the Defendant wants to sell or purchase the game money using the phone number posted in the game bulletin board, etc., the Defendant sold the game money in such a way that the said user unilaterally acquired the game money in a manner that the said user unilaterally puts the game to the Defendant, or the users who wish to purchase the game money receive KRW 10,000,000 per 80,000,000 from the game money, and the Defendant unilaterally sold the game money to the said users in the game room.

Accordingly, the Defendant, during the above period, sold game money to the said game users over 12,218 times as shown in the attached list of crimes (1), and transferred the money from them, and purchased game money from the said game users over 4,124 times as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) and remitted KRW 1,079,551,528 to them, thereby converting the result obtained through the use of the game.
