Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2015, around 06:30 on September 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found the Victim C’s house located in Busan B, and opened the lock door to open the door; (b) caused the above victim to damage by putting the door door outside the entrance in hand, and destroying two copies of the entrance door door installed at the entrance.
