A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

피고인은 2018. 8. 초순경 보이스 피 싱 조직원인 일명 C( 위 챗 대화명 ‘D’) 의 제의에 따라 보이스 피 싱의 피해자들을 직접 만 나 금융감독원 직원을 사칭하면서 돈을 건네받은 뒤 이를 송금하는 역할을 하기로 마음먹었다.

1. 공문서 위조 피고인은 2018. 8. 12. 경 위 C으로부터 위챗을 통해 “1. 귀하께서 금융감독원에 제기하신 금융 계좌 추적 민원 < ;2017 조사 5027> ;에 대한 답변입니다.
