A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on January 20, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seongbuk Detention House on October 15, 201.

The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property at least three times as follows.

1. At around 11:00 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the Defendant was divingd at the Internet-based office of the Victim D, which is located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and 101; and (b) discovered the victim’s building and the password from the victim to enter the house to find out the building and the password of the entrance from the victim; and (c) committed theft with approximately KRW 50,000,000, a fluor and a fluor of the market price of KRW 600,000,000, respectively.

2. On June 15, 2013, at around 23:20 on June 15, 2013, the Defendant, along with the victim G, and H, drinking alcohol with the Internet hosting at the “F” house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, with the victim G, the victim was stolen with the victim’s cash KRW 106,00,000, 1, US dollars 2, and 2,000.

3. On June 20, 2013, at around 18:30 on June 20, 2013, the Defendant drinked alcoholic beverages with the Defendant’s K at “J” house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, with the Internet hosting at the Internet, and the Defendant stolen it with the Defendant’s 150,000 won in cash, 50,000 won in the market price, i.e., the national card, one citizen body card, one lot card, one resident registration certificate, and one car card, and the case clock set-up card, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 30,000 in the amount of KRW 140,00 in the market price.
