A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant purchased, administered, and administered the Metropha (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. On August 14, 2017, at around 23:49, the Defendant: (a) reported an advertisement for sales of phiphonephones posted on the Internet at “D convenience store” located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and purchased approximately 4g of opphones contained in the plastic phone bags by ordering the sales of phiphones to the “E”, which is a mobile phone SNS online, and wired the sum of KRW 1,997,000 (two times each of the KRW 998,50) to the bank account (G) in the name of the said seller notified; and (b) thereafter, the Defendant purchased approximately 1,99,000 phiphones in the name of the said seller to the bank account (G) in the name of the said seller known to the said seller; and (c) then, purchased it by means of finding approximately 4g of phiphones contained in the plastic bag.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. From August 17, 2017 to August 18, 2017, Defendant: (a) administered the spopphones purchased from the heading room of the unspoponed telephones, which was administered in a way of drinking in water, from around August 17, 2017 to around August 18, 2017.

B. On September 2017, the Defendant administered the sponphones purchased at the hode room of the unsponed telephones purchased as above in a manner of drinking water on the water in the middle 2017, where the sponphones purchased at the hode room of the unsponel.
