A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “C”) with a view to taking the legs of female customers requesting computer repairs using smartphones, while working as a computer repair technician at a computer repair company called “C.”

On June 26, 2014, at E office located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul around 15:48, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim’s will using smartphones with the lower body part of the victim F (n, 24 years old) while repairing a computer.

B. On July 3, 2014, at around 16:55, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim’s will using smartphones, holding the lower body part of the victim’s body leg (V, 20 first half) while repairing a computer.

C. At around 10:58 on July 7, 2014, the Defendant taken photographs against the victim’s will using smartphones holding the part of the victim’s body bridge while repairing the computer. D.

On July 15, 2014, at around 15:46, the Defendant: (a) taken pictures against the victim’s will using smartphones in possession of the lower body part of the victim’s (influor, 20 latter half) while repairing a computer at an influent place in Seoul, not more than Seoul.

E. On July 16, 2014, around 17:32, the Defendant taken photographs against the victim’s will by using a smartphone, which was holding the part of the victim’s body bridge while repairing the computer, at the house of J (W, 50 years of age) located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I.

F. On July 23, 2014, at around 13:05, the Defendant was against the victim’s will using smartphones, holding the lower part of the victim’s body bridge (if the Defendant was in possession of the lower part of the 20th half) while repairing a computer.
