Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative director of Defendant B (hereinafter “B”) established for the purpose of operating the manufacturing industry, etc., and Defendant C is the actual manager of Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) established for the purpose of operating the construction industry in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon.

2. Defendants’ crimes

A.
