A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since about 10 years ago, the defendant was living separately with his wife, and from around 2002, the victim C (mast, 55 years old) who was a female and around 13 years old.
1. Injury;
A. A. From June to July 2013, around 13:00, the Defendant 13:00, at the Defendant’s residence located in the East Sea, 13:00, and 13:00 the Victim C’s house with the victim’s house, was suspected of having a male relation, confirmed the victim’s cell phone, made a phone call to E representative F, and cut off the victim’s face, i.e., “the Defendant was in any relationship with F”, and the victim’s face was taken back by drinking, i.e., “the Defendant was in any relationship with F.,” and f., f., f., f., f.s., knick-kick-ked knick-ked knick-ked kin for the victim
B. On May 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 17:30 on May 4, 2014, the Defendant: (b) while the husband of the Victim G (the 63-year-old age), who resides in the neighbor’s house (the her husband), took a dispute with the Defendant; and (c) the Defendant saw the Defendant as “a frighter,” and the Defendant took a look at the Defendant’s house while the her husband went to the Defendant’s house; (d) again, the Defendant took a dispute with the her husband while the her husband went to the Defendant’s house; and (e) the victim took the Defendant’s right arms of the son, and (e) took the Defendant out the victim’s head from the wall, and went beyond the her floor, thereby causing an injury to the victim, such as salt and tension, which requires a two-day medical treatment.
2. The injury caused by heavy confinement or the damage of property was under suspicion of the male relationship of the victim C of ordinary sense, and the victim, who works at the home of the I Hospital located at H around 18:30 on October 7, 2015, to be an employee on the back side of the I Hospital parking lot of the above I Hospital, tried to open a door to the driver's seat of the J observer car owned by the victim in order to return home after leaving the hospital.
