Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 1, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around 13:30 on October 1, 2017, the Defendant: (b) at the Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si B; (c) at the 2nd floor “D” clothing store, using a gap in which the surveillance of the victim E (V, 35 years of age) was neglected; (d) at the display stand, the Defendant was placed in a block in which the Defendant had in advance a 318,000 won of the market price caused by the display stand and stolen the Defendant.

2. On December 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime at around December 12, 2017, at G department stores G department stores located in Sungnam-si F on December 12, 2017; (b) at G department stores of “H’s third floor H”; (c) by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim I (V, 38 years old) was neglected by the manager; and (d) by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim I (V) was in charge of the display stand, the Defendant cut off one bed a bee color of the amount equivalent to KRW 349,000 at the market price of the display stand of the Defendant.

In full view of the reasons for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, such as disorder of fissiony and disorder of boundaryal intellectual function, etc., the victims have fully repaid and agreed on the amount of damage, family members have received guidance and treatment for the defendant, frequency of the crime, degree of damage, the defendant's age, occupation, sex, sex, family relationship, living environment, circumstances leading to the crime, circumstances leading to the crime, etc., the sentence identical to the order shall be determined.
