The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that on September 28, 2014, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim D (n, 38 years of age) who was satisfyed with the Defendant before the towing, with the knowledge of the fact that C had met; and (b) committed assault against the victim by twice the left part of the victim’s title and the rear part of the said part.

2. Grounds for dismissing the public prosecution; and

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

B. Withdrawal of the victim's wish to punish after the prosecution of this case

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
