4. On February 18, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) put in the Helel room located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, with approximately 0.07g of philopon into a single-use injection machine; (b) dilution with bio-treatment; and (c) injected narcotics by means of injection into the arms.

5. On March 2016, around 20:00, the Defendant injected narcotics, etc. in the Helel room located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, into a single-use injection machine, and 0.07gh of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, and injected them into the following arms.

6. On March 22, 2016, around 13:00, the Defendant purchased and sold narcotics, etc. with approximately KRW 3.26 g of 50,000,000 from E, on a vehicle parked in the front of the J playground located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu.

7. On April 9, 2016, around 03:30 on April 9, 2016, the Defendant put approximately 0.07 g of philopon into the passenger room in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, for a single-use injection machine, and dilution with bio-velopon, into the following arms.
