The defendant is punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) from around 18:50 to around 07:00 on May 13, 2014, the Defendant: (b) installed DNA excavation search devices owned by the Defendant on a concrete packing on the road that enters the residence of C, etc. located in Ansan-si, B; and (c) prevented vehicles from passing along the road.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with traffic by blocking the passage through the land.
