Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on November 27, 2013, in the wife population C of Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant laid down the width of the road by cutting off the soil using the refrigerator on the ground that the road is one’s own land; and (b) prevented vehicles from passing through both sides.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with traffic by passing through the general public.
