A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sick due to a fluoral disease showing symptoms of which the real verification ability is clearly deteriorated due to the disability, loss, etc. of the accident process, and was treated with drugs from around 2005 to 2015. On March 4, 2020, the Defendant was hospitalized in the Daegu Hospital and was hospitalized in the hospital at the time of hospitalization on March 4, 2020 and was currently hospitalized, and is under the lack of ability to discern things or make decisions due to the disease.

Around 12:00 on March 3, 2020, the Defendant came to the PC operated by the victim G in the 2nd floor F in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, for the use of the said PC even if the said PC was temporarily closed off, the Defendant opened the entrance door of the PC in which the PC was not properly corrected and intruded into the structure managed by the victim.
