Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 23, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and two years of suspended execution with prison labor for larceny, night building intrusion theft, etc. in the Western District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 23, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 31, 2019.

around 20:40 on August 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the pharmacy through a window that was not set aside by the victim C in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and intruded into the pharmacy; and (b) took a theft of the cash amounting to KRW 60,000 in the Ka Roster, which was in cash in the Ka Roster.

On June 6, 2019, the Defendant, “2019 Highest 2505”, was “D pharmacy” operated by the victim C in Daegu Western-gu B from around 20:00 to around 21:00, and went into the pharmacy through the window that was not locked and intruded, and stolen the cash amounting to KRW 600,000,000, which was in cash at the Ka Ka Ka Rob.

around 10:00 on October 16, 2019, the Defendant brought about KRW 70,000,00, cash, which is owned by the victim F in Daegu-gun E, to the veterinary hospital operated by the victim F in Daegu-gun, opened a gate by using any crepan in the crepan, and entered the said hospital, and brought about KRW 70,00,00,000, which is owned by the victim in the cash box in the place of the papit.
