Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operates a window in the name of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, and the victim E (57 years of age) and the victim F (54 years of age) are married couple with the trade name of Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. G, the above windowmatic point.

At around 16:40 on October 25, 2012, the Defendant, after arranging the phrases operated by the victims, listening to the words “G”, and finding out the phrases of “G” at the same place, threatened the victims E by stating that he is seen as a dangerous object (30cm in total length, 20cm in blade length) and “hings are dead at one time,” and then threatened the said food in the same place at around 18:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.
