Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A on August 14, 2014, in the Seo-gu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court, was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and two years of suspension of execution on March 31, 2016.
Defendant
A is the former president of F Saemaul Cooperatives(former president), and Defendant B registered as a director candidate in the election of executive officers on February 4, 2016 and won the election. Defendant C registered as a candidate for the president of the above election division and voluntarily resigned.
On January 26, 2016, at the office of “H real estate” operated by Defendant B located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendants gathered that Defendant C and Defendant B provided the representatives with a gift gift gift set at an amount equivalent to KRW 50,000 in the market price for the purpose of having Defendant B elected as an executive of the said credit cooperative, and Defendant A provided the representatives with a gift set at an amount of money equivalent to KRW 50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
