A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 17, 2018, the Defendant was issued a provisional protective order prohibiting access within 100 meters from the Seoul Family Court to the victim’s residence (Seoul Eunpyeong-gu building D) and workplace until the victim’s Handphone or e-mail address from the victim’s electronic method, such as wire, from transmitting marks, text, sound, or images to the victim’s Handphone or e-mail address.
