A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant registered and operates a business place with the trade name “(State)D” and “E” as his/her representative, and is currently engaged in activities as the president of the G Association, and is currently engaged in advisory activities with the said Association.

The Defendant, a department in charge of planning and supervision of newly-built schools within the jurisdiction of H and Ulsan Metropolitan City Office of Education, was related to public officials of the Ulsan Metropolitan City Office of Education such as L of a school group of school facilities established teams, etc., so that the above public officials can select specific materials suppliers' products from the projects ordered by the Office of Education of Ulsan Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and received money from the suppliers in return.
