If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2010, at around 23:33, the Defendant: (a) boarded C taxi driven by the victim B (year 51) in the vicinity of the Guro Digital Group located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Guro-gu, 1124; and (b) assaulted the victim’s face, who is the driver of the vehicle operating in drinking, three times, on the ground that the victim arrived at the wrong destination.
