Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Category B motor vehicles.

On February 16, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 03:30 on the Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon. On the D room, the Defendant invadedd the central line on the D room, and entered the A,000 large intersection distance. In other words, the Defendant turned on the direction of right direction from the fourth to the five-lane.

At night, in this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to maintain a safety distance with the vehicle that is going to enter the lane at the time of changing the lane and change the course.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and attempted to make a right-hand approach by entering the five-lanes of direction-setting, etc. on the part of the Defendant’s own, and the part of the F cab’s driver’s seat even and pentel and the part of the back of the Defendant’s driver’s car, which was driven by the victim E (E, South and fifty-three years old) who was driving on the lane of the Defendant’s entry.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks due to occupational negligence as above, and at the same time, destroyed the said taxi to be in excess of KRW 1,022,756, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief to the victim by immediately stopping the taxi.
