1. The defendant shall pay 50 million won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from December 28, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of Claim: The Plaintiff lent to the Defendant the principal amounted to KRW 50,00,000, the date of loan (the date of remittance) December 28, 2007, May 28, 2008, the agreed interest rate of KRW 24% per annum (the second half per month) and received a certificate of loan from the Defendant.

Since then, the defendant agreed to pay the above five million won up to May 28, 2008 and did not pay it up to now.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won with 24% interest per annum from December 28, 2007 to the day of complete payment.
