1. The Defendant, on July 2014, is expected to use a credit card to the victim C, who was a partner of a university, who was a police officer at his/her home, with the credit card leased and repaid the price without any problem.

“False speech” was made.

However, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to complete payment even if he borrowed a credit card from the injured party, because the Defendant was using the card loan or cash service for the settlement of the price of another card, and was under the circumstance to prevent the so-called return, such as receiving the loan from the lending company.

The Defendant used 79,681,429 won in total over 95 times from July 27, 2014 to June 10, 2016, as shown in the attached Table 1, as well as using KRW 1,50,00,00, which was issued by the Defendant’s card from the injured party, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of money by failing to pay KRW 59,842,878 among them.

2. No one shall damage any other person's information processed, stored or transmitted through an information and communications network, or infringe, use, or divulge any other person's confidential information;

The Defendant, on April 22, 2013, called Samsung Card Customer Center and sent it to the above C, and had the staff of Samsung Card Co., Ltd. change his name-free Samsung Card from “D”, which is the mobile phone number of C’s mobile phone number, to “E” which is the Defendant’s mobile phone number, and used limit from “7,00,000 won” to “9,100,000 won”, as well as damaged C information by the said method 16 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2 of the daily list of crimes, from around April 22, 2013 to June 24, 2015.
