Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant had a mind to receive cash services using a credit card of women-friendly C following the death of the Defendant, when there is no certain occupation and need for living expenses, etc.

On February 1, 2015, the Defendant, along with the victim, received KRW 2.5 million from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative account (F) account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired money from the victim, on the following day: (a) on February 1, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I would make an investment in money because I would have been aware of the information on stock investment and would have been able to make a profit by making an investment in the stocks even if I did not know of the information on stock investment and received money from the victim; and (b) the Defendant received money from the victim.
