Defendant

A The chairman of the New Rural Construction Campaign Promotion Committee at the Seocho City City, and Defendant B, the secretary general of the above committee, Defendant C, and Defendant D, as operating members of the above committee, are those who handle the affairs of the New Rural Construction Campaign Promotion Committee on behalf of G village, and Defendant E is those who reside at H at the early stage and engage in agriculture.

1. Around October 4, 2012, Defendants A, B, C, and D entered into a title trust agreement with the E to register the farmland of 1,877 square meters in the name of the Defendants’ joint ownership at the home of Defendant B located in Joi-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si.
