Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fines, only 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A The chairman of the New Rural Construction Campaign Promotion Committee at the Seocho City City, and Defendant B, the secretary general of the above committee, Defendant C, and Defendant D, as operating members of the above committee, are those who handle the affairs of the New Rural Construction Campaign Promotion Committee on behalf of G village, and Defendant E is those who reside at H at the early stage and engage in agriculture.

1. Around October 4, 2012, Defendants A, B, C, and D entered into a title trust agreement with the E to register the farmland of 1,877 square meters in the name of the Defendants’ joint ownership at the home of Defendant B located in Joi-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si.

The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on October 4, 2012 under the name of the title trustee E with respect to the said farmland from Chuncheon District Court’s territorial support, etc., located in 300, Young-si, Young-si, Seocho-si, 300.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to register the real right to real estate in the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

2. Around October 4, 2012, Defendant E entered into a title trust agreement with Defendant B, etc., to register farmland of 1,877 square meters in the name of Defendant B, which was entered into a joint name A, B, C, D, etc., from Defendant B’s house located in Seocho-si, Seocho-si, as described in paragraph (1) in the name of the Defendant.

On October 9, 2012, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale around October 4, 2012 in the name of the title trustee, on farmland from the Chuncheon District Court, its territorial support equipment, etc., which was located in 300, Young-si, Young-si, Young-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant registered the real right to real estate under the name of the Defendant according to the title trust agreement.
