A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. The Defendant: (a) thief B, who was a son, was able to withdraw cash from the cash withdrawal machine using the check card in the name B; and (b) was thought to raise a shortage of living expenses by returning the said check card again.

On February 22, 2016, the Defendant, at around 13:40, withdrawn KRW 100,000,000,000 from the cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim bank corporation of Busan, which was located at the 61-gil of 78,00,00,00 from the Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, Busan, and entered the password, which was known in advance.

In addition, from around that time to June 22, 2016, the Defendant released and stolen total of KRW 6,300,000,000, as shown in attached Table 1, against the intent of the victims by the manager of the cash withdrawal period from around that time, to around 10:24, 2016.

B. On May 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in the residence of the victim B located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and 1112, a new bank head owned by the victim who was the head of the west-gu; (b) around May 9, 2016; (c) in order to take out a new bank head owned by the victim B.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. On May 9, 2016, at around 09:03, the Defendant: (a) entered “D” in the column of account using a pen tool in the form of the gold sheet located at the center of Busan-gu, Busan-do; (b) stated “B” in the column of “D”; (c) on the date of preparation, the Defendant posted “B” in the column of “W million won (10,000,000”; and (d) marked “B” in the column of the deposit owner; and affixed the above B’s seal that the Defendant stolen to his name.

The Defendant, along with this, forged three pages prior to the withdrawal in the name of B, a private document, related to rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising between around that time and around June 3, 2016, as shown in attached Table 2.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 2, shall forge the foregoing investigation document.
