Punishment of the crime

The defendant, on January 16, 2008, has been punished by a fine not exceeding three million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on January 16, 2008, and

7. 14. The same court has been sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won by violating the Road Traffic Act.

On September 8, 2013, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven B Poter vehicle with approximately 25 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.183 percent, while under the influence of alcohol, around 0.183 percent in front of the cFmomoon in front of the Republic of Korea.
