A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 22:46, Aug. 12, 2019, the Defendant taken a picture of the victim D (name, her part of her gallon, her part of gallon 9 mobile images from Oct. 6, 2016 to Aug. 22:47, 2019, on a total of 272 times in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, from Oct. 24, 2016 to Aug. 22:47, 2019.
Ultimately, the Defendant took photographs of a person’s body, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, against his will, using a camera or other similar mechanism.
