Around 17:50 on May 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “the head of the hospital was in progress at the D Hospital 709 room located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the head of the hospital requested discharge from the victim E (ma, 43 years old); (b) the head of the hospital, who was in the D Hospital 709 room in Yangcheon-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, demanded discharge from the victim E (ma, 43 years old); (c) the victim was s

2. Interference with business;

A. At around 11:00 on May 18, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the victim’s hospital and the patient management work by force, with red letters, wearing a string 4th or non-retailing body, “I amba, E, and I amba’s death and compensation,” which read “I amba, I amba, I amba, I amba, I amba, I amba, and I am.”

B. Around 09:40 on May 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent out the route expenses for the first floor of the above hospital where the outpatients are waiting for the said outpatients without justifiable grounds; (b) obstructed the operation of the victim’s hospital and the management of the patient by force by force after repeatedly cutting out the floor of the said hospital.
