A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of four million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on July 25, 2016. On September 22, 2016, the Defendant was indicted for a summary crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drawing driving without a license) and the said judgment is still pending.
