1. The defendant shall make 1,658.3 shares and attached Form 5,622 of each of the lands listed in the attached list 1 to 7 of Sungsung City.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 11, 200, the defendant applied for approval for the establishment of a factory on each land located under the name of Sungsung-gun AD, AE, AF, AG, and AH to the head of Sungsung-gun under the name of its representative director, and obtained approval for the establishment of a factory on February 23, 200, and obtained approval for the change of the name of the founder from AC around June 2001, and obtained permission for the establishment of a factory from the Sungsung-gun market on February 28, 2002.

C. Meanwhile, around December 22, 200 for the purpose of implementing an industrial complex development project on the land in question 1 through 9, the defendant and C, etc. established the plaintiff as an entrusted manager of the industrial complex. The plaintiff around April 2001, the plaintiff designated the land 208,632 square meters in the AI as a local industrial complex and applied for the designation of the defendant as the executor of the above industrial complex development project from the Gyeonggi-do Governor on June 26, 2002, and obtained the approval of the development plan and implementation plan of the above industrial complex from the Seosung market on April 22, 2005, and accordingly, the land 1 through 9 was incorporated as the project site of the above industrial complex development project.
