1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, which is alleged by the plaintiff in the trial while appealed, is not different from that of the plaintiff in the court of first instance. As such, the result of the commission of physical examination to the director of the Busan High Hospital affiliated with the Incheon High Hospital affiliated with the plaintiff in the court of first instance is the same as the result of the commission of physical examination to the director of the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance is examined together with the allegations

Therefore, the reasons for this decision are as follows: (a) the result of the physical examination entrusted to the director of the Busan University Hospital in accordance with Section 10 of the first instance judgment: (b) the result of the physical examination entrusted to the director of the Busan University Hospital in accordance with Section 3 of the third instance judgment; and (c) the result of the physical examination entrusted to the director of the Busan University Hospital in accordance with Section 3 of the first instance court on the part of the director of the Busan University Hospital in accordance with Section 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
