Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A residing in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and 303, and selling cosmetics, visibility, etc. at domestic duty-free shops to supply them to Japanese companies.

The defendant shall, when he intends to carry and import means of foreign payment exceeding ten thousand U.S. dollars, report to the customs collector.

Nevertheless, on April 12, 2017, the Defendant entered the Incheon International Airport from the Asian or Air Z117 letter around 22:30 on April 12, 2017 to the Incheon International Airport. The Defendant failed to report to the head of the customs office the amount equivalent to 17,00,000 United Nations (17,587,100, equivalent to US$ 154,989.6, equivalent to US$ 16,129,100, equivalent to US$ 156,100,000, which is the price for the goods that the Defendant supplied to the Japanese customer with miscellaneous goods such as visibility and cosmetics purchased at a domestic duty-free shop. The Defendant attempted to carry and import them in the Defendant’s bank without reporting it to the head of the customs office. The Defendant attempted to have been discovered in the course of a close inspection of personal effects carried by the 1st entry port of Incheon International Airport.
