Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 8458"
1. On September 14, 2014, around 00:20 on September 14, 2014, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night,: (a) the victim C’s house located in B B of the Busan Young-gu, Busan, by entering the victim’s house; (b) having stolen goods, and has intruded the victim’s house through the victim’s entrance door through the victim’s entrance door, and has obstructed the stolen goods, and was not committed an attempted crime.

2. On August 2014, 2014, the Defendant discovered the victim C who flabed in his house under the influence of alcohol at around 00:0, and flabed the victim, leading the victim to the collection of the victim in the second floor in the Young-gu, Busan.

3. Night theft;

On August 8, 2014, around 300 days after the commission of the crime at the preceding paragraph, the Defendant invaded the victim’s house located at the place indicated in the preceding port from 02:00 to her house, and stolen KRW 110,000 in cash within the wall of the victim’s wall that was located at the back her entrance.
B. On September 2014, 201, around 3 and 4th day after the crime of paragraph 3(a) was committed by the Defendant, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim’s house in the same place through the entrance door to the inner room; and (b) stolen KRW 30,000 on the part of the victim’s inner part, which was located on the back of the entrance door; and (c) stolen the victim’s 30,000 in cash.
4. The Defendant, who attempted to larceny at night, was placed on the first floor of a building, as he was not able to sleep up on the victim C’s house located in the same place at early 02:00 police officers around September 2014, when around 3:4 days after committing the crime of paragraph 3(b).
