On March 9, 2014, around 16:00 on March 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim E from the third-class accommodation in the Daejeon branch of the said Daejeon branch office of the said branch office; (b) taken part in the victim’s right to purchase KRW 9:10,000,000 at the market price of the victim’s money; and (c) taken part in the victim’s right to purchase KRW 9:10,000 at the purchase price.
