When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall damage another person's information processed, stored, or transmitted through an information and communications network, or infringe, misappropriate, or divulge another person's confidential information.

Nevertheless, on July 2014, the Defendant, by accessing the Internet game “crain case” at the French site, disclosed another’s secret processed, stored, or transmitted through an information and communications network by posting the name, resident registration number, and address of B, which became known, along with the ordinary game, on the above game room where many unspecified people have access.
