A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

“After posting a letter, the victim J who reported and contacted the above notice, the victim J made a false statement to “I wish to send a phone-phone 7 if I send the price.”

However, the defendant did not possess the above objects and did not have the intention or ability to sell them to the victim.

The Defendant received 403,000 won from the victim’s bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

2. On January 17, 2017, the Defendant connected K Track to a bulletin board to sell opphone 7.

“After posting a letter, the victim who reported and contacted the above notice, the victim made a false statement that “I would send a phone 7 if I would send the price.”

However, the defendant did not possess the above objects and did not have the intention or ability to sell them to the victim.

The defendant is a bank in the name of M, which is the same day from the damaged person.
