1. The Defendants jointly enter the sequence 1 to 30, 32 through 50 in the [Attachment 1] List.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties’ relationship 1) Defendant A Trade Union (hereinafter “Defendant Trade Union”)
Corporation A (hereinafter referred to as “A”)
(2) The Plaintiffs were the members of the Defendant trade union, and the Defendant B was the chairperson of the Defendant trade union, and the Defendant C was the head of the business support office. (2) The Plaintiffs were the members of the Defendant trade union, who were the employees of the Defendant trade union.
In accordance with a series of measures taken by A after the labor-management agreement of this case as seen in paragraph (1), it is transferred to the Business Support CFT Department (attached Form 1 to 30, 32 to 50 of the “Plaintiff’s Correction List”), or a person who voluntarily retires (the Plaintiffs listed in 31, 51 to 686 of the same list).
B. On April 8, 2014, the Defendant trade union entered into a labor-management agreement with A on the following terms: (a) the plan for business rationalization; (b) the implementation of special honorary retirement; and (c) the modification of welfare system (hereinafter “the first labor-management agreement”).
