1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,310,448 and interest rate of KRW 25% per annum from January 9, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. From July 15, 2014, the partial dismissal of an agreement is null and void to the extent that the agreement exceeds 25% per annum, which is the highest interest rate prescribed by the said Act. As such, the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of interest in excess of the above shall be dismissed.
