1. The defendant's KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 30% per annum from November 5, 2005 to July 14, 2014 to the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Since the partial dismissal of an agreement is null and void within the extent exceeding 25% per annum, which is the highest interest rate prescribed by the foregoing Act, since the Act on the Restriction of Interest was amended, from July 15, 2014, the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of interest or delay damages in excess thereof shall be dismissed.
