1. The Defendant’s protocol of compromise against the Plaintiff is based on Daejeon District Court 2012No. 66.

Basic Facts

On August 26, 2011, the Defendant, who entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and Daewoo Securities Co., Ltd., leased the building B with the fourth floor above the Daejeon Jung-gu Ground 4 (hereinafter “instant building”) from the Treatment Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Treatment Securities”).

The main contents of the lease contract (hereinafter “instant lease contract”) are as follows:

[Attachment of Lease Contract] Lease Area: Lease deposit amount: from January 1, 2011 to December 9, 2012: KRW 300 million - KRW 250 million - monthly rent (additional payment of KRW 50 million) KRW 30 million on December 10, 201: KRW 26 million on January 1, 201; KRW 201 million on December 10, 201; KRW 26 million on December 1, 2011; KRW 201 million on December 1, 201; KRW 27 million on December 10, 201; and the Defendant acquired the remainder of the lease deposit to pay KRW 50 million on December 10, 201; and the Defendant received the remainder of the lease deposit in lieu of the lease deposit.

On February 13, 2012, the Defendant entered into a sublease contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, and the Defendant entered into a sublease contract (hereinafter referred to as the “sublease contract of this case”) with respect to the portion of 561 square meters on the ground of the first floor of the instant building (hereinafter “the instant sub-lease object”) from April 30, 2012 to April 29, 2017, with respect to the lease period of 50 million won from April 30, 2012 to April 29, 2017.

On April 2012, the Defendant delivered the subject matter of the instant sub-lease to the Plaintiff.

Reconciliation Clause

1. The respondent (the plaintiff, the Respondent; the same shall apply hereinafter) shall order the applicant (the defendant; the same shall apply hereinafter) (the respondent) to withdraw the subject matter of the instant sub-lease until April 29, 2017.

2. The deposit for sublease of the above real estate shall be five hundred million won;

Of the sub-lease deposit, the down payment of KRW 400 million shall be substituted with the pre-paid vehicle deposit with the "Slop-Egy-Egy-Egy-Egy-Egy-Egy-Egy" and the remainder KRW 100 million shall be
