Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 11, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of the B SP car without a vehicle driver’s license from a place where it is impossible to identify a place not exceeding 00 YM-Eup at Yang-si to the front day of the same Eup/Myeon.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at the same time and place as in paragraph (1) of this Article, when driving without a driver’s license, and by C slope belonging to the Yangju Police Station, put D’s relative resident registration number, which was usual, to be exempted from criminal punishment, was put to the said C as if he were his resident registration number.

In this respect, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. On July 1, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) at the Yangju Police Station’s office, in order to escape criminal punishment due to driving without a license, the Defendant stated the said D’s personal information in the form of the written statement in order to escape criminal punishment; and (b) stated in the column of the content that the Defendant driven B Sspke vehicles before the Yangyang-dong Authority at the time of suspension of license on July 11, 2014; and (c) stated that the Defendant was “D” in the originator’s column and read it to the name of the said originator.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a written statement in the above D name, which is a private document related to the certification of facts.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 3, submitted to the said C a written statement of the above D, which was forged, as if it had been duly formed, to the effect that he was aware of the forgery.
