Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bcellto driver car.
On September 25, 2019, at around 03:50 on September 25, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol 0.119%, and led to turn to the left at a speed of about 30km from the side of the D Middle School to the rear door of the Ehigh School.
