Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment by the Cheongju District Court on March 12, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Prison on October 10, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Obstruction of business, and violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (2016 highest 247);

A. A. From October 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:40 on October 24, 2015, the victim D, who was in Jincheon-gun C, worked as an employee, provided that the victim D, while drinking alcohol, puts a cigarette to other clients while drinking alcohol; (b) continuously took a bath to foreign customers who are other clients, without any reason; and (c) had the other clients, who were in the place, take care of the disturbance, such as putting the victim at a large interest, and putting him/her at the place.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force for about 50 minutes.

2) On November 12, 2015, at the point of “H” operated by the Victim G in Jincheon-gun F, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun on November 23:40, the Defendant was refused on the ground that he was under the influence of alcohol and requested the victim to perform alcohol, but the business was completed, and whether he was unable to perform alcohol.
